Leadership Mobile’s Class of 2026 marks the next chapter in a program that has shaped community leaders in Mobile for more than five decades. This year’s class brings together accomplished professionals from across industries and sectors, united by a shared commitment to servant leadership and the future of Mobile.As Mobile United’s flagship leadership development program, Leadership Mobile has connected leaders since 1972—helping participants deepen their understanding of the systems, challenges, and opportunities that shape the city. Through this year-long experience, class members are encouraged to examine how their leadership, influence, and service can improve quality of life for all Mobilians.The journey for the Class of 2026 begins with the Opening Retreat, a foundational experience that sets the tone for the year ahead. During this time, participants begin building relationships while engaging in thoughtful conversations about purpose, service, and leadership across difference. These early moments reflect the heart of Leadership Mobile—learning together, listening deeply, and forming connections that carry through the program year.
